Abstract

The questions of the philosophy of PRAXIS have become in the ČSSR generally and in Slovakia especially topical, and not by chance. This is connected with the history of our philosophy and with the social process of the late fifties and during the sixties. That is to say, these are the years when namely our young theoreticians came across ideas rather unknown to them and did not know what to do with them. The paper aims at disclosing the roots of this reality and to point out the lawfully possible starting points. If these starting points are in the teaching of marxism-leninism, then it results from the nature of things. This is to say, this is the only consistent scientific teaching that grasps every phenomenon, every process as a lawful result. The aim of the present paper is to point out what kind of result this is when speaking about the influence of the teaching of PRAXIS in this country.
