Abstrakt

The paper is a preliminary summarization of a more extensive project „A Theory of Depersonalization of Capital“, which is going to be worked out by the author in the near future. It therefore bears informative character. Its key motif is to make readers acquainted with the process of depersonalization of capital which is considered to be the most distinctive evolutionary tendency of contemporary capitalism, whereby the very process of depersonalization of capital which is understood here as transformation of the old form of capital into a new one is a solution of innerly dynamized contradiction of capital whose substance is formed by the contradiction between the substantial basis of capital, mate out by private property, and the tendency of capital to operate as a universal force. The transformation of the old form of capital constitutes the groundwork of contemporary depersonalized capitalism which is diametrically different from the old personalized form of capitalism. This difference does no tlie first of all in relieving the capital of dependence on the person of the capitalist that is no more considered in the new form to be a basic precondition of the existence of capitalism as a way of production.
