Abstract
The picture of the dependence of dealing with the theoretical problems of technical sciences is expressed in the relations of all components of the scientific-research activity of the technical-scientific branches. It is especially clean-cut namely in the problem situations on the ground of basic research, of applied research in the sphere of technological development. The technological sciences demand here in the working connections with the practical production also wider theoretical information than the individual special sciences can yield. The aspects of philosophy in concrete situations of research enter the technological-empirical and theoretical procedures as their inseparable theoretical-methodological component. In the theory and practice of the scientific-research activity of the branches of technological sciences directed at the creation of new technology and at introducing it into production it is impossible to abstract permanently namely from the ideo-political viewpoints of philosophy.
