Abstract

The complex character of science makes its examnination from various points of view and creation of its various images possible. The paper discusses ontological epistemological categorial stance and corresponding images of science. Thus there are various images of science, such as observational, experimental, unidirectional, unicategorial, iductive, deductive, two-directions, two-category and inductive-deductive ones. In conclusion an outline of multicategorial and multidirectional science and its image is presented.
