Abstract

The process of scientific-technological revolution provides special sciences with important tasks and makes more demands also on the functions of philosophy in the system of sciences. Traditional world outlook relations of philosophy to the needs of special sciences become antiquated. Special sciences require more and more urgently systemic scientific „applications“ of philosophy, employment of philosophy as a theory and method of science. Working unity of philosophy and special sciences which unfolds preferentially good analytical functions of philosophy to the level of modern science, is considered to be a fundamental precondition of such employment of philosphy. Such unfolded analytical functions ensure not only a good theoretical finally synthetizing work within philosophy but eventually an efficient applicability of philosophy in the theory and practice of special sciences as well. As analytical preparation of a good philosophical synthesis, an analysis of facts, theories and methods of special sciences is understood in the sphere of these sciences, an analysis of information supplied by special sciences in working contacts with them. Needs of such a contact of philosophy with special sciences and hence needs of the construction of an organ of such functions are considered, on the given stage of the development of science, as real and sufficiently justified. As the organ which could accept and unfold the analytical functions of philosophy, a system of philosophically specialized meta-sciences is considered, as organic component parts of philosophy shifted into the levels of basic research into the whole of the system of special sciences. The main task of such philosophically specialized meta-sciences is seen in a partial analysis and synthesis of facts, theories and methods of the individual special sciences, in the preparation of theoretical material for a secondary, finally philosophical processing of the gained experience of science. Such a finally philosophical work with an integrated theoretical material of special sciences is considered in competence of similarly specialized immanently philosophical disciplines in the system of philosophical sciences in co-operation with a special meta-system of philosophy. Without such or similar inner working relation of philosophy to the integral system of science, philosophy — as an efficient theoretical methodological component of the processes of scientific technological revolution — is questionable.
