The paper discusses the issues approached already in the author's paper in Filozofia 1997/6. Based on Heisenberg's recollection of his discussing with Einstein and Bohr of "the principle of indeterminacy", it argues, that Kant's transcendental questions render everything positively definable problematic. Taking into account Scheler's objections against Kant's moral autonomy it examines the ability of reason and love to transcend the positive standards. Further, it describes various forms of the fascination by the notion of realizability applied already in fenomenology, by Wittgenstein and in "linguistic turn". Contrary to this intuition the paper aims at outlining the original Apel's conception of transcendental pragmatic as the basis of transcendental validity.
