Abstrakt

In the paper social-political questions of ways and forms of new non-capitalist social relationships are discussed. The author points to the fact that simple liquidation of capitalist relationships leads to social regression. He holds that progress can he achieved by positive overcoming of existing relationships at one with the real development and not by the realization of ideals of visionary reason. In the paper possible evolutionary tendencies in the sphere of social property are outlined, the importance of planned activity as a new form of social rationality and democracy as a form of optimatization of social interests and a dialogue as a form of objectivization of social consciousness are discussed. In the end criteria of social character of social process of reproduction are defined.
