Abstrakt

The paper examines some problems connected with the suggested and even realized measure to solve one of the gravest ecological problems – the problem of over-population. The author calls attention above all to relevant ethical problems following both from the introduction of laboratory reproduction techniques and also to possible consequences of the application of genetic manipulations for human population.
