Abstract
Starting from the generally recognized close conection between cosmology and philosophy, the author investigates the relation of the philosophical and physical moment of cosmological problems. He argues with the effort, so frequent in the positivist-scientistic conceptions, to separate the physical and philosophical („metaphysical“) moments of theese problems, to apprehend them as externally complementary. By the author’s opinion philosophy formus a dynamic categorial basis of scientific knowledge that forms an immanent aspect of the special scientific pieces of knowledge and statements, and thus also of those about the universe. This is demonstrated in the paper in an outline of some philosophical aspects of cosmological models. In spite of the fact that today it is impossible to decide the question which of the existing types of the models might be the most adequate to Teality, the philosophical analysis has its import for the final construction of the categorial system of philosophy itself, for appreciating and solving the general-theoretical and methodological questions connected with the models and also for the correct interpretation of the world outlook sense and reach of individual models.
