Abstrakt
Marxist philosophy derives the conception of human labour from the unity of the natural and social dimension of reality. The man, by his labour, tenacious of purpose, mediates dialectically between man and nature. The result of this settlement is the forming and constant improving of the social “nature“ with all its corresponding relations and the forming of man into a subject that creates himself and his history. In the socialness of man there is the source of development of his intrinsic forces, abilities, first of all of his labour. And vice versa, man’s socialness is dated by the production of the means of labour. Social conditions have been and will always be decisive in the process of labour, because they determine the character and contents of labour in every period of social development. In socialism, namely in connection with the starting scientific-technological revolution there begins a significant change in the sphere of labour. Even if labour has further preserved its living-creating, naturally also man-creating and history-creating functions, it has been changing so that it has been being filled by creative contents and all the more it has become the life necessity of men.
