Abstrakt
The author analyzes the question of the conception of the national and of the international from the point of view of historical materialism. He determines the national and the international as the features of the social development, regularly conditioned, after all, by the way of production of material goods, by the social-economic structure of the society and of the international from the point of view of historical materialism, conception of history the author elucidates the reason why the international bourgeoisie is nationalist or cosmopolitan, and why the international proletariat defends the positions of internationalism and socialist patriotism. Further, the author analyzes the international character of the Marxist-Leninist philosophy. He emphasizes that the development of the Marxist-Leninist philosophy is substantially connected with the way in which the world revolutionary process, in its character an international one, does and will do away with the obstacles by which the division of the society into classes hinders the development of human knowledge and culture, inclusive of the consequences of this division, besides others also in the form of national limitation and exclusiveness. At the same time the author pays attention to the fact that the Marxist-Leninist philosophy does not reduce ehe importance of the national in the period of the forming of new socialist nations and their mutual approaching and enrichment. The article emphasizes the necessity of taking seriously the national movement in this historical stage and of taking advantage of the wealth of the cultures of the socialist nations for the fight for a realization of the universal, communist union of all mankind.
