Hlasisticko-prúdistická línia buržoázneho myslenia na Slovensku
Abstrakt
The paper is a contribution to analysis of one of the dominant lines of bourgeois thought In Slovakia between the two last wars. It concentrates first of all on the investigation of ideologic basic of the Slovak petty bourgeois intelligentsia and political circles organized round the journal Prúdy (1922—1938) which was a continuation of the journal Hlas and its ideology.
The author outlines the1 responses to and the influence of T. G. Masaryk and Masarykism in Slovakia which was dominant in the ideologic orientation of the adherents of Prúdy and the Prúdy Movement. This type of bourgeois thought was influenced significantly by realist and positivist instigations.
The adherents of Prúdy Movement spread and supported bourgeois-democratic ideology and social reform. The author confronts their views with the polemic criticism of this ideology as presented by the DAV movement in this period (especially L. Novomeský and V. Clementis).
