Abstrakt

The paper focuses on different aspects of the relationship between morality and legality. The author claims not only an intrinsic connections between these two spheres, but also a relative autonomy of these categories. Not only underestimation of the importance of morality in the area of legality could be dangerous, but also exorbitance of an attitude motivated by morals. In conclusion the question of attributing the rights to the nature as such is discussed. The author pleads for a cultivated form of militarism, respecting substantial interests of humanity.
